Positive: The unit is a basement unit of a lovely home in a residential neighborhood. It is very quiet and clean. The owner. Vicki, is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful.
Negative: The place is not set up to be a full service apartment. The kitchen has a coffee maker and a toaster plus a microwave and refrigerator so you can make a quick breakfast. However, there is no way to actually cook full meals. There are a couple of very small pans big enough to boil eggs. There are no frying pans, no large pots, no cooking utensils, no bowls or platters for mixing or serving. and not even one sharp knife. It is very sparse. The access is a steep outdoor stairway so not a good fit for anyone with dificulty managing stairs.
Summary: For us, the location was excellent as we were there for a family event in the neighborhood.
